FAQ

Q: How do I get an account?

A: Please go to the top right corner and select "Get an account". Please select "Retailer" if you are Clinic, and "End - User" if your a customer looking to buy frames directly from us. Once you fill out the form please wait for a email link for a password to finalize creating your account.

Q: Which Payment Term do I choose?

A: We have two payment terms for you to choose. You can either pay "Immediately" using our Stripe Payment which takes all major credit and debit card vendors or you can ACH/Bank Transfer if you like. You can also select the other option of pay later to receive a monthly statement of all your unpaid invoices. (Please note this option is only allowed for Retailers)

Q: How do I specify a frame for a patient?

A: After you finalize your cart you will be ask for additional information. Here you can write the patient name or if you have multiple frames please specific which model is for which patient.
